If it isn't Allure will buckle just like hardwood or laminate floating floors will when no expansion gap is left. Also you don't just eyeball the staggering. You cut the plank in either a 1/3 length or a 2/3 length. Install either one at the end of the row of planks. You use 2/3 length. 1/3 plank should start next row.
